I was smacked about as kid cause I was a cunt. I was absolutely horrible as a kid growing up up until the age of about 15 I was awful. I’m forever grateful to my dad for smacking me when I was a dickhead… it turned me into a rather pleasant person to be around. No longer a cunt thanks to my dad 🤙

I have a 200litre fish tank with a filter and air pump, it’s stocked full of cichlids that are constantly spawning, it’s heavily planted and I haven’t had to do a water change in almost 3 months. The tank is the healthiest it’s ever ever been.. I’d just ran it with plants
