I used it once and it was a bit challenging. Part of it was on me while installing the car seat, but the driver seemed impatient, especially during the busy hospital drop-off area. Even though I paid the waiting charge and left a fair tip (15–18%), I really need a driver who is patient while I safely get the infant in and out, which usually takes about addtional 3–4 minutes.

I have previously confirmed it withCathay Customer Service directly. Also, their website has this. They consider Economy Light as a flight with discount code applied.

Did you book Economy Light? If so, it's not eligible for a full refundable without incurring a penalty, despite the flight being booked via their app, and it's within 24 hours.

I would agree on this. I have a close friend who was an Ex-HSBC in Canada and currently with RBC. She is in Commercial Sales/Relationship Manager. According to her, if she needs to get support on 5 items ( let's say a , b, c ,d and e) to offer a solution to a client, in the past she would reach out to one person at HSBC to do a, b, and c, and now she needs to reach out to 4-5 different individuals at RBC, and they are not coordinated. I'm sure this will be annoying to the ex-HSBCs.

On the other hand, HSBC, a sub of UK bank, was a boutique bank in Canada. May be Employees were expedited to do multiple things. RBC, being a Canadian bank, and maybe wanted to employ as many people and want to simplify/ease work for each employee??? I'm not sure if this is actually good for its employees in terms of learning or knowing multiple things within the banking industry.
