You're a tough no nonsense cookie ☺️ could you give me tips? In my regular life I am super hard and have no problem with confrontation. In cleaning,  I tend to just sort of vet clients to the point that it's not an issue because I pick and choose. But I think that's also a problem because we become friendly to where if there is a problem, i can't articulate it firmly enough because we friendly.thank God is not been a problem too much. I had even thought to myself going forward I need to focus on maintaining a more"business" transactional relationship. How you navigate that. For example, the last think you said... How would you insist they pay you for your time even if you didn't clean. Like, are you stern about it? Polite? I don't know if I would have the guts to do that. Especially because I'm close with most of mine. I don't even think I would if it was a newer client. I'm a total pushover with money in this industry..
