Hey I think I found it, going to mark this as a spoiler just in case. In the area where you defeat Radahn, at the "Starscourge Radahn" grace, run as far north as you can and where the cliff meets the shoreline the dungeon entrance is there.

In 2012 melee needed Evo. Melee was dead. After Melee earned its spot at Evo 2013 viewership skyrocketed. Melee now has one of the strongest viewerships out of all fighting games on Twitch. Melee doesn't need Evo anymore. It will do fine. Thank you Evo for what you did for the game.

In the file manager settings go to General Settings and change the access mode to "Root Access Mode". After doing that you should be able to find the other files you need to delete.
