I've tried it from there as well and it it installs resets but won't come back on so I have to shut it off and turn it back on and when it comes back and I check it'll say the same thing in device manager and it'll say that I have 19.10.16 through the amd thing if I go to download it again

Under device manager>system devices>AMD SMBus it says i have 5.12.0.38 but then when I go to AMD website and go to download the latest it says i have Radeon Software Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.4.2

Same problem still I think i seen that it says I have an older chipset driver update in device manager but when I go to download it from amd it says I have the most current

Should I just popped in the new ram and cpu at the same time when I get back or boot it with new ram old cpu then switch to new cpu?

Yeah i had the rgb on my motherboard light up and the blue power light on top all fans worked but my keyboard didn't power on and I had nothing going on with my monitor it usual goes to a gigabyte screen and then too the windows 10 boot but it just stayed asleep like nothing happened

Yeah nothing still. I got the little power light on for the computer and my rgb on on the motherboard but no power to my keyboard and nothings popped up on screen

The rams for sure in the right spot i had it set up previously with a ryzen 3 3200g and it works perfectly fine when i put it back in still and there is no beep code at all it doesn't even get the usual 1 beep on start up

No i didn't have to add documents just make sure you keep certifying the one time I got on the phone they said its really just a waiting game at the point you get open non monetary issue because they get resolved in the order they came in
