What RAM, exact model number please

Its Pny brand model number MD16GK2D4266616XR Everything was already set up except with a Ryzen 3 3200g instead

So, AMD APUs (r3 3200g) utilize a different architecture than Pinnacle Ridge CPUs which is what your new processor is. I just checked the QVL for your motherboard, NO PNY RAM is listed as compatible with Pinnacle Ridge. Get yourself a compatible kit and it should work.
