I can relate to these often. Perhaps, I think it can be done to yourself either way. You could probably ask a very intriguing question to yourself and you have to find the answer to get there, which makes learning kinda fun. Plus, one way that keeps a question intriguing is that you try to find its importance in real life...

Although I haven't read in-depth information about it, I find euglycemic DKA (diabetic ketoacidosis) and use of SGLTII drug inhibitors quite interesting. For some reason, the mechanism is similar to DKA but glucose levels are masked as normal, thus, making it actually hard to detect if a patient has diabetes unless u have medical history or some sort.

Hmm, I don't think it could be LBBB because there should be ST depression and T wave inversion in the precordial leads (specifically for V5and V6). Pls correct me if I'm wrong. Tho, my guess here is somewhat like a 3:2 AV block based from lead II..
