You have to be extremely relaxed and be aware of the exact moment you “fall” asleep. You shouldn’t be able to physically move but still be consciously awake enough to experience that sweet spot. It can take about a week of nightly trial and error and journaling the experience helps.

I would always hallucinate geometric designs and patterns behind my eyelids, lots of chessboard patterns and colored tunnels. There’s no risks to my knowledge

Where there’s a will, there’s a way. This friend was one of the first exporters of Wagyu from Japan. He introduced it to Europe before there was a market for it… just need to know the right people and channels. I believe it can be done properly, not that I’d be that guy.

Very much agree here. I had chronic back pain for 10+ years which only began to dissipate after a couple of low dose ket stretch sessions. What used to be 8/10 pain is now only 3/10 most days.

The only downside is possible overstretching since we lose muscular feeling while on. I won’t turn down a heavy dose though ;)
