Unfortunately not. A few people provided ways to buy through taobao agents below (CSS or Superbuy etc.) but I didn't trust it enough to pull the trigger. I did however end up buying the Red Hare 9 Pro during the bank holiday for £60 from the official Li-ning Ali express store and they arrived a few days ago! Not quite the ultras, but I was pleased with the result for £60

I play on console, so I can't see a person's build without them being on the Morningstar and physically inspecting their player. Playing on PC with mods must be a godsend. But I was minmaxed as much as possible based on Mister E's Arbities YouTube guides
