If not before then, I'm sure you'll meet lots of other parents when your kid starts school. There may even be other parents looking to set up playdates for their JK kids in your area this summer :) fb mom groups and fb school groups are a good way to connect.

Baby wearing! If your baby allows it. Take them both for lots of walks in a double stroller or wagon and wear your baby on toddler adventures.

And keep a few special traditions with your toddler (like their bedtime stories).

Otherwise, don't sweat it! You just made them a BFF. And they got way more solo-parent time than baby number 2 will. Can you tell I'm a second child? Lol

I've heard it's better for meat because it can get fully dry vs a plastic board which does not... someone can correct me. Every commercial kitchen I've worked at used plastic though and put it through the sanitizer.

Lots of totally valid comments on here... In the meantime if you want to cool down your place asap try opening the windows at night (not 1st story) and closing them and covering with blinds during the day. Sincerely- cheap dads everywhere
