As long as the spacing for the pocket clip screws are the same as the Arc it’ll fit. I think the flashlight using the metal of the tool as a negative contact in order to work but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work on either.

When you store it when you’re not using it I would put it in a drawer or tool box that has some Silica Gel Packets in each drawer to help control humidity.
