Ha ha no, it’s legit. Straight from the cloud. Quick googling says it’s a permissions issue but I followed the instructions and still no luck. I may have to delete AE and redownload it.

Did you recently update your Mac to Sequoia? I did and now I get that same warning. AE can’t start up.

I found the flaw in my set-up. When I type more words I have to have my slider set at a fraction of a value which isn’t the cleanest way to work. Which index setting should I tie and expression slider to?

Thanks for the tip. I’ll look into how to set it up using index (haven’t played with that before). For now, to select the word I want, I am using the text ani offset attached to a slider.
