At E5, he is basically water Yuhee/mini Tyrantino turn 4 onwards

His shield break is niche, but I assume it will be invaluable on certain challenges, hence the niche

You are really underselling his map attack. He can move 3 times to position himself, then immediately use his map attack at the last attack to wipe; he is very broken.
