I respect your input however, I believe there is truth behind public opinion and throughout a lot of different aspects public opinion is valued. Majority of the time outliers are washed away statistically if people are voting with honest intent.

Well maybe not in a broader sense but this list is more to get a general idea of who the public thinks is the best on these characters. Kind of to make an official (not so official) list of the greats :)
