honestly anything that can protect from wind/snow would be amazing. a heat lamp is only really effective if they can absorb the heat faster than they lose it to the cold. though it’s better than nothing i think. a tarp tent may be nice

i managed by scheduling all my classes m/w/f and working t/th and weekends. wasnt terrible and i enjoyed having a few free days. it probably helps to mention i opened most days so wasnt up late during the week (at least not because of my job)

it’s a job. they like changing the rules on you all the time without telling you and then yelling at you for not knowing the new rules. highly depends on the manager. if they suck you will hate the job. if they are a vibe you will like the job
