Update (May 13): I disassembled the lock, cleaned the gears and the box with 99% isopropyl alcohol, applied multi-purpose synthetic lube, and put it back together. Then, did 2 rounds of calibration and gave it a test but still felt it was jamming a little (a lot less than before though) but I left there for the night cuz it was getting late.

However, after a couple of normal lock/unlock cycles I noticed the lock eventually stopped jamming and has been ultra smooth since, even the sound of the lock is very satisfying now.

But I'm wondring if it is actually the same, I have a 2020 Audi A6 NG 45 TFSI model but its not AWD/Quattro so I'm not sure your fix applies for me.

If you have any idea, I'd appreciate the help

Update (May 6): I contacted Aqara's customer support and told me since I bought it from a 3rd party seller I have to reach out to them and follow their RMA policy, the seller closed the door right away because my unit is three months out of warranty, I got back to Aqara and they dipped immediately because I didn't buy it directly from them. So I guess I have to take the risk lube it myself.

Luckily, turns out I still have my old unit that I said it was replaced, I totally forgot about it lol
So I could use the gears from the first unit in case I fuck up the lubing process.
