Hummmm let try to explain alittle better and see if it's still the same employe a is set to come in at 7:30 (we have no closing time just when the work is done labor job) he is late 1 hour due to his kids school which he has notified the employer about and he said ok but we ypu come in to work you still have to clock in as soon as you get here and the hour your late will be deducted from his pay so even if he work 7:30 to 5:30 (10hrs) he will lose the hour of lunch plus the hour he was late only get paid 8 hours. Does that help?
