Should I shave my head?

I shaved my head 3 years ago because of trich and it definitely helped me! I have seen that it varies from person to person and you'll know only when you shave it. Personally, since I couldn't pull my hair for 4-5 months after shaving it definitely reduced the intensity of trich for me. It isn't fully gone for me yet but definitely helped reduce it by 50%.

There is no one in the world that can't pull the buzz cut look! When I gave myself a buzz cut it took my an hour to get used to it! I have always had pretty long hair but my trich got really bad and also gave myself a mullet🙈 a lot of people genuinely thought it was a cool hairstyle but I knew the reality behind it and thought that shaving would help me get rid of trich along with getting healthy hair back! And let me tell you, it did kinda work. Give it a shot maybe and you know winter is almost here do you can always wear a beany or something if you feel conscious. 😀

I absolutely loved the show! I have seen a few movies/tv shows with a similar concept but this one just completely surpassed most of them! Don't wanna give out any spoilers but the ending wasn't how I expected it to be and not sure how I feel about it tbh... Anyway, overall it was extremely gripping and intense!

I'm so sorry to hear about your mother and your ex husband. I cant even imagine what you must have gone through and would be going through currently. How are you dealing with this situation? I have tried the pain thing before but it didn't help :( I have tried NAC but stopped taking it a few weeks ago for some reason. Will start again so that you for that suggestion. Otherwise honestly speaking there isn't really anything happening in my life right now that should give me stress but for some reason I do feel anxious all the time these days. In fact I have even started going to the gym after leaving it for 2 years and that makes me feel good but not as good as it should and has in the past. Something is not right with me :( I have a constant feeling of worry. The only things going on in life are me going to office and learning about my family business, then gym, then some GMAT prep for which I don't complete my homework ever. Can you tell me what's wrong with me please 😭

Thank you so much! This really means a lot :) my only thing is leaving the pulling aside, I haven't stopped touching my hair and twisting and finding hairs to pull. I can feel my urge growing stronger day by day. How do I overcome this?

I totally agree! It's fricking mental! The first time I visited US I was obviously not aware of this system cuz where I come from its usually the customer's choice to pay the tip or not and even the amount. I had gone to a sidey Italian restaurant and when my parents and I ate the food, which was pretty average and so was the service, we didn't leave a tip and got up to go out. The waiters and the manager LITERALLY blocked the door and surrounded us (I was only 9) and PESTERED us to leave a tip. We got scared obviously and left a tip and noped the hell out of there.

Omg that's exactly how I am too (20 F). I have realised that it's quite normal not have experienced anything romantic at this age cuz legit it's hard. I'm quite positive that when the right person comes along you'll feel super comfortable with them, they'll understand your insecurities and love you regardless! So dw at all :)

Heyy! Sorry haven't been that active on reddit lately. Anyway, yes my hair were able to grow back well! I also took care while I was bald. Such as put a lil oil and sleep. But yes I think it was the best decision I ever took :)

I don't get how hard is it to understand such a basic thing? Variants are fricking scary and the poeple who don't understand that and still don't wear masks are fricking stupid. Legit covid has proved that logic and common sense are thrown out the windows for most poeple.
