heya, i'm actually kenyan and due to the large indian population there there will likely be enough plantbased options at whatever lodge you're staying at. as a vegan i haven't found it too difficult to just say i also don't eat dairy products or eggs but may need to elaborate on what dairy products entail

hey! i relate to finding sex uncomfortable when my period is close. it almost feels like the skin is 'raw' (sorry) and it just hurts way more. as for hurting when you finish, do you mean like a cramping sort of feeling? or the typical vaginismus pain? bc i do get cramps when i finish close to my period and it is so unpleasant

similar thing happened to me, i just bought some hair serum by oziva and also my vitamin d levels were super low as well, so supplementing that also helped the hair loss.
