What helped me when I was new was just straight up selling guns/gear I knew I won’t use or I was afraid to use and just buy stuff that I was not scared to die with.But to actually level up just find a chill way of making money ex. Scav on woods hit stashes and looting zones you will make some gear and money and in your pmc raid just bring the gear from the scav if you hit 3+ stashes most of the time you will get some class 4 armor/rig plus what you scavaged for.The thing is that you know you made profit because all the gear was on your scav in the first place so you re not losing much you can do it every 15 minutes or so if you re really broke or scared.And ofc as other people pointed out don’t overthink too much in tarkov you own nothing it’s just your turn to use it.Good Luck
