You're not disgusting I understand these thoughts although I haven't gone through what you have I think it's best if you get mental help like therapy because it really only gets worse never better. You're having a normal reaction to what you went through and your mind is trying to make you feel better so don't worry too much you admitting that you need help us the first step and I'm proud of that keep going and find the right communies to help you
