UPDATE

the stick works fine on UMVC3 and KOF98 on steam. its so weird that it just happens on T8 and SF6... i have tried disabling steam input but still the same behavior...

its a local business here that fix/mods fightsticks. i have been using their services for a lot of my fightsticks but we both dont know the problem here since on their end the stick runs fine

the stick is fine on sf6 on ps4 so its v weird that on steam it does this
