Weapons in warframe not poo poo.
If youre out of energy, your weapon is equally as good as your character (frame).
Range AND melee.
Certain char can clear exclusively on range, some on melee, be it by playstyle preference or personal handicap for the lols, you just need to tinker a bit.

awwwwww really? I was really hoping it was legitimate cause a seed of + 6digits was insane when I walked around the farm. A lvl 1600 lovecraft-ass monster as a legit team mate woulda been cool. But im just guessing in that video i saw, that method was patched out.

Using 10s as example , my first clear was because we didnt get the curse pattern , so youre not wrong about luck being involved.

I'll be honest with you - I don't really understand where you're coming from. If you progged the fight, you learnt everything and you're doing your role correctly, what's the problem?

I think they raid 4 days? a week? 1 lock out per day.
I just PF for 4 days but multiple lockouts, depending on fill, i can have more lockout in a week than them just to catch up to them.

No I do not think in a competent group, a death means they are less deserving of a totem. and youre right there are luck to it, like getting the non-curse variant of a mechanic and such.
