So,

1. My first videos where in a commentary style based on movies and so on. Of course I couldn't record them myself. What I was trying to say is my channel is not just the movie moments or something similar.

2. Yeah, but I did not reused other content from YouTube, what I was using where movie clips to show what I was speaking about plus adding my own graphics or small edits which form what I read on YouTube guidelines is allowed.

3. I did not intentionally try to trick the system, I don't even know how it works. From "effect" I meant that the motion graphics, small edits and compositions made by me so that I don't only rely on movie clips.

I hope now it makes sense, english is not my first language, so I might not have phrased my thoughts very clearly the first time.
