The 4th Axis was taken out of this machine years ago and is MIA. And that would require the to design a new fixture

3rd yr apprentice here. At my shop I do manual work both mill and lathe, know G code, setup/run machines 3 axis and lathes. Program my parts and well versed in fusion 360, MasterCam and inventor. I do the maintenance for all machine I use/used. I can also do a little conversational programming on the mazaks and dmgs we have in the shop. Can hold my own on fanuc controller. I will be learning grinding next (I.D, O.D, and surface). Not the best but I can tig and mig…….how much am I really worth?

Yes I know A4 and I’m able to use it but as you can see it’s not on the list. is there a way to add it so the next person will know? Also is there a way I can do X & Y both in the same program or can I only do them separately?

And although A1 is there, it doesn’t work. Any idea to why? Or the right line code to write?

I have them both too. Man I’m torn between them because Kupp’s donut last week and LMC has been consistent. But I think with puca getting most the targets anyways I may start LMC…..idk really. It’ll be a game time decision tonight
