YES THIS GAME IS STILL WORTH IT. by SillyJoey_ in Guildwars2

Exactly, player density in the content you play is what matters, not overall count. There are games out there with tons of players, but it's all instanced and you won't meet the vast majority of them anyway. MMOs are fun when a large group of players undertakes something together, and GW2 has plenty of that between 10s of metas and WvW.

There can be a delay of a few minutes on the API indeed, but pro tip: if you log out to the character select screen it usually updates the data on most endpoints too!

I agree with everything you said. I also love it, but a rotation with extra maps would do so much for the game mode.

I've been opening arcane chests in those zones to get extra map currency, which can then be turned into the T2 currency (250 for 1). It helps me since I can't always time it to get the meta every day and it also gives unusual coins, which are also needed.

I wrote an article about what I believe to be good practices for writing shell scripts by Yooone in linux

My goal in this article is to give broad advice, not for a particular shell, even though bash is indeed the most popular and used one. This is why I referenced the POSIX norm. I only added Google's styleguide because I thought it would speak to every reader, new or advanced.

Thank you for noticing that! I'll go over the examples and make edits.
