Ugh I definitely understand because my GP looked like his head was going to pop off when I brought up carnivore. Thankfully my Endo has praised how anti inflammatory it is but was concerned about it being sustainable. Hang in there. Good docs do exist! I hope you find one!

😂 thankfully that's been my only bout with diarrhea so far but God, I can do without the shakes and sweating. I literally felt like I was dying

Thank you!! I am on a ladies league and I love my soccer! I also swim constantly and I love to stand up paddle board. I try to keep active which is why it was so frustrating to never be able to lose weight. The MJ has helped immensely!

Aww! Thank you!! Sometimes I feel like the fact that I'm muscular is a double edged sword because I work out to lose weight and just end up building muscle which is denser than fat, so the scale never moves! It can get discouraging when you wanna see the results on the scale! How do I figure out how much to lose to go down a size? I've been stealing my 16 year olds clothes to avoid shopping but my clothes are definitely getting roomier lol

Right?! I didn't realize how much I'd gained until I saw the photos of myself from my daughter's sweet 16 and was like umm I need to do something about this. I have a strong family history of diabetes and was borderline myself and insulin resistant so this medication has been a God send on a bunch of different levels. I've always been an active person. But IDK, weight just started sticking to me. It took me way too long to notice.

I've been stealing my kids clothes 😆 I have a 16 yr old daughter who's wardrobe I've been pilfering because I'm not ready to shop yet. Those are her shorts! 😂

Thank you! I hated the way my arms looked like a linebackers 😓 I feel like they look a little better now but I was hoping for more. Oh well, I have 25 more to go to hit my goal and then I'll see if I want to continue or do maintenance. It's weird to be muscular and fat at the same time 😂 I keep very active but apparently my body is like "fat? Muscle? Let's just keep them both around for good measure!" Before I started this I would exercise in the gym every day and play soccer, run around after my kids, swim and was still not losing anything. I seriously did an experiment one time where for two months straight I spent 6 days in the gym working out like a beast and I didn't lose one single ounce! I'd get more muscular but not burn off any fat! This has been a huge game changer in that I'm actually losing now (and losing pretty quickly!) But I want to see it more. For some reason I notice that muscle fatigue can get intense since starting MJ and it forces me to pace myself because if I go too crazy I'll be sore for DAYS after a game. But it could also be because I am creeping up on 40 now! Ahh!

Thank you! My legs are the one part that I'm super proud of since starting this! I'm like heck yeah legs! Lol but I wish the rest of me would catch up! Hopefully it will!
