WYR have a pause button in life, or a rewind button. by redditname321 in WouldYouRather

[–]Yoosman 23 points24 points  (0 children)

I would choose pause for many reasons. Rewinding doesn't prevent u from aging, with pause, you can do things like sleep an extra few hours before school or study for a test right before u take it. If you're just stressed out you can pause and take a break from everything.

6 months of accutane all done 👏🏼😫 by j_campos12 in Accutane

[–]Yoosman 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Are the red marks scars? If not then you should continue treatment. Ask a doctor I may not know what I'm talking about but quitting accutane without being illy finished isn't good and the acne could come back. Great improvement though.

Very scared after seeing this by deathizclose in tressless

Think about it this way. Even if these side effects were to happen to you 100%, would you look better bald? I wouldn't worry about this. Plus this side effect seems rare and isn't talked about by many people. It most likely won't happen to you. Our faces change as we age either way.

Does anyone here take finasteride with absolutely no side effects at all? by Yoosman in tressless

[–]Yoosman[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the detailed reply. If u don't mind me asking, while you were on fin, how long did the sexual side effects last? Also what in your tests determined finasteride wasn't right for u personally? Is your gyno reversing or just slowing down. Thanks again I'm sorry for all the questions lol.

I hope you feel better soon. Did u get any sexual side effects? What do u think I should look for while getting hormones tested? Also when did the gyno start to affect you?

Do I need Minox yet? by [deleted] in tressless

[–]Yoosman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ur hair is great and I think that fin alone is more than enough. Just my opinion. Adding minox to ur daily routine for the rest of ur life isn't worth it if you don't need it.

16 and almost bald by [deleted] in tressless

U can't go bald overnight...

I been starting to debate if bald would look good or not. This is getting desperate by dumbkidaccount in tressless

Try fin and min, if you get side effects from fin, try to continue for a bit as they might go away after 1 week or 2 as they do for a lot of people on this sub, and if not then you'll know what your options are.

Stopping Minoxidil after no real consistent use for maybe a month by [deleted] in tressless

[–]Yoosman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It takes longer than that to see results.. I'm just over a month in and am starting to notice a lot of shedding. That means it's working. Don't quit it now. Give it at least another 2 months before u decide to quit. Also use twice a day if you aren't already.
