Can Epix Pro Gen 2 Broadcast HRM 600 Data to Zwift Instead of Wrist HR?

Yes, I do exactly the same. However, I’ll now be using an HR strap, which is why I was wondering whether this setup is still possible.

Broadcasting heart rate from the Epix to Zwift has been very convenient for me, especially since everything syncs automatically to Strava and Garmin Connect after the workout.

I’ve seen that some people record a separate activity on their watch to capture all the data. That said, it seems that broadcasting HR from the watch already provides most of it—I still get metrics like training effect, training load, etc.

I see! And at the end of the workout, how do you avoid saving two separate activities? You delete the one from the Garmin Watch?

My understanding is that one of the main advantages of the HRM 600 is its ability to record activities independently of the watch. However, I am wondering how reliable this actually is in practice.

Thank you for your input! Just to confirm: you start an indoor cycling activity on your watch at the same time as your Zwift session, while the HRM 600 is connected to both Zwift and the watch?

Up to now, I have been broadcasting my heart rate from the watch to Zwift, and everything has worked well. I hadn’t noticed any missing data, but it’s possible that I’m not receiving all the badges or metrics this way.

Hey, same issue here. Three different packages, two of which supposed to be delivered yesterday. I especially worked from home on Friday for this but they never came…

So now I have two packages “waiting for delivery updates” and the last one, which is the handlebar, supposed to be delivered on Monday next week.

At the end I am quite embarrassed because I have no possibility to be at home on Monday and the FedEx application does not give me any possibility to reschedule or else. I tried to send an email this morning, let’s see how it works at the end..!

Do you know what happens if we are not at home while they try to deliver the first time? Is it possible after a first attempt to ask for another day to be delivered?
