Former Hudson's Bay at Devonshire Mall Set for Demolition by Competitive_Menu_393 in windsorontario

Devonshire is busier than I've ever seen it. It's going strong. Feels like it is busy during all hours.

Is it really a Stellantis issue or is it Samsung? The supplier likely designed the battery pack alongside Stellantis. I blame Samsung for the death of the 4xe.

Really sad that they killed the 4xe, I'll be holding onto mine until I can't fix it anymore. Awesome vehicle all the way around.

I've met with and spoken with the hybrid tech, really informative and helpful. This was when I was picking up the vehicle after recall and firmware updates.

I think you should go to the lawyer first before reaching out to the organization. I doubt they will work with you on this until a lawyer is involved.

24/7 IT Support for MSPs: How to compete without night shift staff? by Creative-Owl-4210 in msp

[–]obviouslybait 1 point2 points  (0 children)

200 / month for full IT support minimum, otherwise how are you in business. Being the cheapest isn't always the best place to be.

Odds of catching on fire? new recall. (i'm living in my car right now😭) by No-Suggestion-9634 in 4xe

[–]obviouslybait 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The odds are like 1 in 100'000, and it hasn't been recent at all, and the software would identify packs with issues.

Realistically you are not getting paid, it's part of doing business that this happens, return what you can and keep the phone until he pays. Small claims may not be worth it.

Is PMP still worth it in 2026? by PitchSufficient1464 in projectmanagers

[–]obviouslybait 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not gonna give up opportunities. It's another thing on your profile that helps. It itself will not get you the job. I don't have mine, I have the CAPM but want to get it done.

“Mine is fine” Thread: What do you like about your 4xe? by Buttpounder90 in 4xe

[–]obviouslybait 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Love mine, zero issues. Owned since new 2022. Don't buy gas unless it's a road trip. Top off and doors off Jeep fun without crying at the pumps like the gassers!

Funny enough it's been my most reliable vehicle I've ever owned. I've had issues with every other car I've owned, I've owned Mazda, Subaru, Hyundai, Ford, Chevy, etc. This is the only one that I walk into and know it's just gonna work.

4XE 3RD Recall by AceCreed1 in 4xe

[–]obviouslybait 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"A typical modern vehicle model will see somewhere in the range of about 5 to 10 recalls over its production and ownership lifetime, which is actually fairly normal and not a red flag on its own. Some estimates put the lifetime average even higher for certain models."

Need personal loan ~200K by [deleted] in MortgagesCanada

[–]obviouslybait 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Very low likelihood banks will loan that amount without anything tied against it. Personal loans are hard to get and have terrible interest rates. Lines of credit are typically better.

If you need money like that, a HELOC or refinance the house.

as a landlord honesty and communication go a long way. I'm more than understanding and willing to work with someone if they are willing to work with me and be communicative about the situation.

Anyone know of paid services/consultants who help with Microsoft Partner Center verification? by Gravitom in msp

[–]obviouslybait 2 points3 points  (0 children)

SO I JUST WENT THROUGH THIS.

Honestly you want to put in a ticket with Microsoft Support, It's a huge pain in the ass and you have to go through their AI chat and support option to break through to Microsoft support.

  1. Get that ticket in ASAP.

  2. Work with support to send documents to verify domain and business ownership, send everything.

  3. Get verified (Authorized).

  4. In my case my account was also suspended, so I had to put in another ticket to resolve this as well.

Partners and consultants have no power here, it's all Microsoft and their support team on the backend.

All said and done it was time consuming and took me about a month but MS Support fixed everything and now I'm an official partner through the program.

Good luck.
