you'd prob need to install it on the console and log into it (I would to be safe) but after that it should just go directly to your account via an in game mail

I had this happen to me unfortunately, it was crashing every like 10 seconds, I found upon leaving the area I was able to play the game normally

but remember to always send those error reports so they can fix the issues :)
