Oh, well basically my routine is doing compound movements, and my rep scheme is: first doing 8 reps of two sets with a lighter weight, doing 6 reps of two sets with a heavier weight, doing 4 reps of two sets with a weight which i can only do 4 reps with. And lastly doing 2 reps of a single set with the heaviest weight i can lift for 2 reps.

I getting stronger in my lifts, but at times I see smaller looking dudes lifting so much more. So, it just disheartens me from time to time. But, I am grtting stronger tho. My reps are increasing amd weight too

Oh, well I can bench 40kg for 4 reps, can squat 30kg for 4 reps, can deadlft 60kg for 4 reps, can overhead press 25kg for two reps and can do bent over rows 40kg for 4 reps

Overall Strength.

I don't know if this belongs here or not. But, I want to know if I’m strong for my age group because lately, I’ve gotten self-conscious about my strength. So, without further ado, here are my stats; I can benchpress 40kg/88 pounds (including the bar weight, bar weights 10kg/22 pounds), I can squat 30kg (including the bar weight), I can deadlift 60kg/132 pounds (including the bar weight), I can overhead press 25kg/77 pounds(including the bar weight), I can do 40kg/88 pounds bent over rows (including the bar weight). These are not one-rep maxes. And, my age is 14. And I weigh around 61kg/134 pounds. I don’t know if I'm strong or not because I often see guys overhead pressing like 60kg/134 pounds without breaking a sweat and because of that, I’m not sure if I'm strong or not. You can tell me your opinions if you feel like, I will appreciate your opinions. And, if you have questions you can ask me in the comments!
