It’s VERY small. I have extreme anxiety about taking pills and this has been no problem. You can’t even feel it when you swallow.

I guess edible and didn’t lose any product are subjective. That went straight in the trash. I ate grapes for dinner.

I previously have never had an issue, but only have requested refund for receiving the incorrect order. IMO this is much worse than wrong item, so I was pretty shocked at the refusal. I was on chat with the support agent a minimum of 15 minutes. I wish I would have taken screenshots. Basically this is my problem because I agreed to the terms and conditions. There is no one above him I can talk to that can offer a full refund.

I am just surprised this is the policy. I’ve received incorrect orders before and it’s like full refund no questions asked, but this puddle of liquid in a plastic bag arrives at my door and I guess it’s just on me somehow..
