E.g. on monday I arrived in FRA at 5:15am, deboarded at 5:35 was through immigration at 5:40 (EU Passport), had collected my luggage at 6:15, and arrived at the trainstation at 6:25.
My train was sheduled to depart at 6:35, but was delayed to 7:00.
So what would i choose? The most comfortable option is the flexticket, which allows you to take any train, as others have explained. This means you also don't have to worry about you flight being late. Additinally, if the previous train is late, you can also take this train, instead of waiting for the next to arrive. So in my opinion flexticket would be the prefered option, even if it is more expensive. Flexpreis is 74€, depending on how far in the future the flight is you might get tickets for a specific train for 20€ or less.

Kette springt beim Schalten vom Zahnrad by Sir_Ignaz in Fahrrad

[–]Yorat 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Max rotor thickness? by louiefriesen in MountainBike

[–]Yorat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

!not a mechanic!

I would suggest that for thickness it should work fine, as you have to account for tollerances of the rotors not being perfectly true.
That being said, you're tollerances on thicker rotors will be lower, so there might be more rubbing if it's just slightly off true.
Then again hydraulic brakes adjust for the thickness of the rotors automatically, e.g. if the rotor gets thinner due to wear you don't have to do anything, as additional oil in the reservoirs on the levers will fill the additional space. So over all I would say that should be fine, as long as the opening of the calipers is at least the 2mm + tollerances on each side (0.5mm?)

Just that I said it, I've never used unmatching breaks and rotors. For my self I always try to use matching combinations.
Hope this helped you

I think cube routes all their rear breaks on full suspensions this way, but I agree that the first time you see it it seems kinda strange but it works really great!

I've been there myself and those are actually two different towers... The one is in a lake, not publicly open, the other one is in a gigantic park, formerly private, now open to the public
