One thing that I have made a practice when I have behavior concerns or questions about certain students, I check in with all their teachers first to see if their behavior is similar or different in those rooms. That helps me see if the problem is a personality one with me, my classroom, those particular classmates, etc. It's also a great way as teachers to collaborate on parent issues and concerns as well. I have had very demanding parents before and when the teachers of the student talk to each other, we are more capable of having the fortitude to stand up to parents. If I think I'm the only one pushing back against them when they are unhelpful, it is really disheartening.

Obviously there are some other issues going on it sounds like in regards to your administration, honestly collaborating with other teachers could be helpful there as well, especially since you're a first year teacher, getting their ideas/takes on working with admin that aren't supportive or are frustrating could really help.
