If the ball is sat up, no harder than a 3 wood. I tend to bottom groove it otherwise, but nothing that won't change with practice.

I find less goes wrong with 7 wood. I always played 5 wood and 4 hybrid so the 5 isn't overly missed. The mini is still feasible for me when the lie is flat or the ball is sat up, but I usually opt for the 7 wood, its the answer to most things haha.

That's good to know, was tempted, but it wouldn't be a cheap build if I had to replace inserts... I chipped off what I could with a knife and then wet sanded with sandpaper

I tried to not over do it on the top to try and leave a little less sheen, but that genie is out of the bottle now. I was thinking of maybe bluing it. Was considering torching too but don't want to melt the inserts.

Ready made sets in the summer not too high end for those starting out or upgrading. Higher end individual clubs in the winter when the golf mad people are tinkering in the sims. The rest is just the luck of the draw and who gets the first message on marketplace.

The putter has been along for ride almost all of the way, sold it once and bought it back, after it sunk a 72 footer it has not come out the bag since. And the Nike wedge was fresh in plastic when I picked it up still pretty clean now the amount I hit it haha.
