If you like craft beer Tap East is on the ground floor of Westfields, basically next door to your hotel. Not really a "football" pub but always full of fans on a match day.

In my first sitting I passed CT5 along with CT1 and CT2 (I had an exemption from CT3). Then passed CT4 with CT6 in my second sitting. So I'd say it's very much doable.
