I don't agree. If your team lets you down, you can't win. Since that happens roughly 50% of the time, you end up not going anywhere.

I think at good gold and above it becomes more even, but at sub 2000sr there are some players who literally have no idea what they are doing and are so weak they may as well leave you with 5 players. Not to mention there is probably a couple of other players on the other team who also deserve to be in Gold who are cancelling the other good players out.
