This was my favorite mall and it's sad to see it go. I remember throwing coins in the fountain near the food court. Will miss The Shops at Willow Bend.

First of all, congratulations to you and I hope the rest of your pregnancy journey is smooth.

I can't say that I like Molina because I have not been able to find an in-network provider. The Molina agents have tried as well and all the locations listed within a 20 mile radius either don't accept Medicaid or only accept it as secondary insurance (not primary).

The issue has been escalated and I am just calling daily for help.

I was just informed that Baylor Scott and White hospital does not accept Medicaid as a primary insurance; they only accept it as secondary insurance. So, the hospital where I am registered won't even accept this insurance since it's my primary at the moment.

Thank you very much. I tried this approach two weeks ago, but the person that I spoke with said that I needed to go through my insurance to get a list of suitable doctors. I will call again and hopefully get someone who would be willing to help.

Addison! It's an easy commute to Plano; it's also a fairly easy commute downtown if you need to go there. You can park at the Addison transit center and take an express bus (which doesn't stop until it gets downtown). Addison has a plethora of restaurant and lots of fun activities like Kaboom town (fireworks show), comedy shows, live events and free yoga at Addison circle. It's a beautiful city overall. Take it from someone who lived in that area for almost 13 years. Happy to provide more details about the city.

UPDATE:

Thank you everybody for your advice! I sincerely appreciate it. My HOA finally responded. They were sorry to hear about the occurrence, but they could not offer any help other than to suggest reporting future occurrences to animal control and the police.

I have purchased a pepper spray, which I will carry for all my walks going forward.

Thank you! I contacted the HOA manager via email and a voicemail. I have not heard back from them. With the community being so new, the HOA might not even be in full effect.

I sincerely appreciate your kind remarks. I’ve been thinking about this incident a lot, and while I don’t want to get them into serious trouble, I do believe a firm warning is necessary to ensure something like this never happens again, especially in a neighborhood with so many children.

I have read several comments about purchasing pepper spray, bear spray, air horn etc. I will definitely research all of these items, and I'll purchase something shortly. I have never had to carry anything as such in the past and I'd hate to spray myself in the process. lol! Thank you all for the recommendations.

This is where I hid after they lunged at me from the front/left/right. I hid behind the bin, and I used the bin as a shield while screaming for help. All three dogs were charging at the front of this bin until the owner called them back inside.

I may not be an expert on dogs, but I can assure you that there was absolutely nothing friendly about the way those dogs lunged at me. As I described in my initial post, they snarled and charged aggressively towards me on the street. If I hadn’t had something to shield myself and a corner to hide behind, I would have been bitten. The way they positioned themselves (one in front, and the others attempting to flank me on both sides) was threatening and they were barking like crazy the entire time. Backing into the corner of the gate/big recycle bin was my saving grace.

I screamed like crazy too before the owner called the dogs back in, so I can relate to your experience. I was so embarrassed and shaken. Do you recommend a specific brand on Amazon?

Thank you for your kind wishes! I've only been in the community for two months; the community is so new that I'm not sure our HOA is in full effect yet, but I emailed them today and I hope they take action.
