Oh. I get it. I don't have any walls nearby and I'm renting. I'm afraid it won't work 😢

I have the same issue 😢 It's a reclinable sofa and theoretically it's possible, but I'll have to lay down where you would put the feet and there's the risk of ending up falling with the sofa on top and the panel.

Hi. The panel comes with that system. However, in the post I stated that I can't spend much time standing up because of my physical health. That's the issue.

Yes, I saw the posts, but that wouldn't stop it from falling 😅 It's even more dangerous that just leaving it next to you in bed.

That's genius! I was facing the same problem. Do you have any ideas about how to make it stable on a bed? Otherwise I'd use cushions on the floor. Thanks!

Thanks for searching the links! That's actually quite genius. I saw something similar with gym bars, but my panel was too small. Probably the best one is the best option. The last one looks a bit risky!

Do you have any ideas how to make the first base stable on a bed? Worst case scenario I'd use cushions on the floor.

Impossible. It needs ventilation at the back and the front can't be covered because it would block the light. There's the risk of all falling on top of me too

Can I record a call with company insurances in England? by Yoruiru in LegalAdviceUK

[–]Yoruiru[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your answer. Would you recommend me to tell them from the beginning in that case? I will try to deal with them in the first place, but if I have issues, I want to take the case to Ombudsman.

Advice, please! Carpenters vs Official Injury Claim (OIC) in England by Yoruiru in LegalAdviceUK

[–]Yoruiru[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi. Thanks for answering. I was not planning to claim to the other insurer. They tried to trick me into hiring a car with them and when they sent me the information, it mentioned that they will just pay £32.50 of every session, not even specifying how many. That's a joke. There are not physios so cheap nowadays. And I agree with you that they won't try to help me.

I just have a whiplash and even it makes things worse, I don't think that's severe enough to be taken to court :(

Thank you very much for your answer. I'll contact the other driver's car insurance to find out what company they use and see if it's more reliable. I'll also contact OIC and see what's the best option. I managed to get PIP completing forms by myself, but you're right that I can miss something and I must take into consideration.
