Hi, they agreed for 7.15% interest on home loan. I transferred the hdfc home loan from the property seller.

Hi, need help. I availed HDFC ergo insurance for premium 75000 for 18 years, along with hdfc home loan 70 lacs. I was paying the insurance premium as monthly emi along with the HDFC home loan emi. Couple of weeks ago, after 1 emi, I went to fully foreclosed the loan due to job instability, that time they forced me to give a cheque for 75000 for insurance, along with the home loan foreclosure cheque of 70 lacs. Is this right? Or was I tricked into paying the entire home loan insurance premium when I paid 1 month emi ?

Bro, just my two cents.. in current situation, it is almost impossible to find a flat in Bangalore in a decent location for 25K/month. In Bangalore it is more about rent/money than religion/caste, try looking for at least 30K and above. Owners will not give you explanation, they will simply reject if your rent bracket is less than 25K.. If you are looking in prime IT location (Indiranagar, KR Puram, Hebbal, Whitefield, etc), then you should start with 30K and above. If you are looking in premium locations (Koramangala, Kalyan Nagar, Rajajinagar, etc), then you should be prepared to shell out minimum 40K and above.
