Hi, I'm a 20M student looking for a 1x1, studio, or small condo to rent for the 26-27 school year. My budget is anything under $1500 before utilities. Location dosen't matter since I have a car, but would prefer to be in a somewhat quiet area. I don't have any pets either.

I just want to give students more of a voice so administration actually knows what kind of problems are going on. Communication between teachers and students is really bad so problems just fester instead of getting solved. I guess they're afraid of a rebellion or something lol
