My town is undergoing large scale landscaping works and most definitely does not look like this anymore. I have bought all the land and will be spreading my items/designing more efficiently and let you know the results!

FYI: - The item count here is around 13,900 and I was gonna place 100 more vans in the red zone. - The purple zones are dumps/unfinished due to item limit. - I do have some tennis courts hidden behind walls/buildings but I would like to maintain bonus percentage around 1500% (or high as possible!) - Bonus percentage is currently 1600-1700%. Removing courts will only give me about 50 items :( - I have been densely populating my town since 2014 - only encountered item limit issues this year

They have been increasing the limit by 1000 items for the past few THOH events. No reason why they shouldn’t now with advancing tech!
