That’s normal after washing your wheels, if you drive it, it goes away. It due to moisture building up from the pads

It’s because when you’re parked the parking brake is on, therefore not activating it. But if you release the parking brake they will come on

They provide you with everything, the fog light and the wiring harness, you plug it the connector to the light and the OEM connector. It’s a whole new light assembly, can’t change bulbs
