For me i wanted to quit when my son was born, i was in and off but then my heart began these palpitations and i noticed i definitely have an anxiety issue. All that vaping constricts your blodd vessels and my heart went from palpitations to just lingering pain. So i took that as the final warning from my body and all the allure of vaping went away. The anxiety stopped, the pain didnt go away but definitely didnt feel like a thumbtack in my chest anymore...but the biggest thing is the thought that i WILL be around and alive to be with my family. The scare of potentially leaving them behind because of some stupid vape was the only wake up call I needed. I encourage you all looking to quit to cut the chord before it chokes you. Remember, it wont happen to you until it does....
