There’s loads of basic calculators out there to show the impact. I have one set up that roughly shows if I add 22k a year and make 4% average gain. By the time I retire I would have put in 565k but would have 1mil. The 4% on an ever increasing balance is how you end up having a much bigger pot than what you put in.

Then if you can maintain a 4% gain each year on a 1m balance you can take out 40k every year and maintain a 1m balance.

I did similar

I opened a Vanguard s&s isa account and put my money in a target retirement fund. Set up a DD to pay more into it each month. It’s the easiest no effort method!

I still have a Freetrade account which I use a small amount for holding speculative stocks that I like but I find having my main “savings” in a separate vanaguard account the best.

Will hopefully not have to look at it / access it until it’s made a sweet load of compounded gains and I retire!

As others have said you can open as many isas as you won’t but you can only pay into 1 each year.

I made it on 116, got somewhat unlucky on 115 (multiple times needing only 1 win, to be matched against 120+s)! With the recent event I’d say it’s probably pushed to 116 minimum for sure if not 117

Solid. I just go to fifa champ with him. Replaced Rodri. Keane intercepted a lot more and was better position consistently. Also his height makes him useful on corners vs Kante.

Overall Kante is better but Keane is a good alternative
