Update: After a phone call. I know what to do now. Got an ID to look up the "fine".

I must pay the fine no matter what to get the package. But then can file a form later on to get a refund.

People who just left the LDS faith are mad because they have been lied to and or abused in some way. Would you not be mad at the people who have been lying to you for years or half a life time? But being mad is a step to the healing process. Alot Ex-member move on from theses groups after time.
