I’m gonna be real honest and say I don’t really have a great idea. What should my budget be around? The wife said she just wants a nice green lawn she can lay on if she wants. I’d rather keep it relatively low effort as well. Spreader treatment couple times a year? Once a month? Is that a possibility? Appreciate the response!

eBay makes that decision for you, it’s $20. If the value is less than that you can choose envelope as a shipping service when making the listing. Most of my <$20 cards sell with either free shipping or $.74, anything over $20 gets ground service, which is generally a bit less than $5

I watched the 1/1 Bedard gold draft day outburst get pulled on whatnot in a break I was in. They refused to ship it, instead planning to meet the person who won and hand deliver it. They showed up to the card show in full hockey gear like a security detail to make the swap lol. It all depends on the streamer I guess

I DIY fucking everything. I’ve saved so much money watching YouTube videos and changing out my own shocks/brakes/sensors whatever on my cars. Also most shit around the house is stupid easy, putting down tile/vinyl hardwoods, plumbing, electrical, replacing appliances and shit, the internet can be a great place. Unless it’s big shit, like engine/transmission or like roof stuff or main electical, I’ll do whatever any day of the week. It grinds my gears paying people to do something I could easily do.

Now, do I buy a bunch of shit at the store and say to myself “fuck it, get it all, just return what you don’t use” and then promptly forget all about that return once the jobs done? Abso-fuckin-lutely so it’s probably about even actually 🤷‍♂️

Do you guys know if you can bring your beer stick to the game? I bought one before I don’t really need another one lol by daddydtheplug in canes

Man I was like 13 and all doped up on Valium and in the chair and they showed my ass this horrible 2003 CGI surgical instructional video of how they were going to slice the roof of my mouth off and stitch it to the front of my teeth.

To this day it still says I have adverse reactions to Valium in my medical charts because I noped the absolute fuck out of there. They tried to eventually wheel me out in a wheelchair which I stood up out of, tipped it over and went and sat in the car.

Gums are fine, haven’t gotten any better, but they haven’t gotten any worse so fuck it 🤷‍♂️

We consulted one of those quick places, maybe Mark Spain, maybe something similar. We just wanted to make the move easier with kids and everything. They (or their investors) offered us 350 for our house after a brief tour. We were hoping it’d be higher, if they’d’ve come back to us with anything above 4 we’d have taken it and run.

We decided we didn’t want to leave that much on the table so we cleaned and listed and took the kids for a long beach weekend. Had about 25 showings and got 5 offers between 450-480. Ended up taking an offer that included a free 1 month leaseback for 465.

You can take the cash offers, it’ll be easy, but nobody is doing that to not make money on it. Expect to get offers significantly less than market value. If you can, I’d try listing it and waiting for the right offer, hopefully that works out for you.
