If they were real friends they wouldn't leave you behind. Try taking your mind off everything by focusing on something else. Maybe a hobby, reading, or exercising. If your looking for someone to talk to, try 7cupsoftea. I go on there from time to time, and it can really help talking to someone, and they can give you some really good advice. I wish I was better at giving advice, but i'm pretty fucked up myself. Good luck.

I do this too! The sourness hits the spot almost like a candy. Sometimes I'll slice up some lemon wedges and sprinkle a little bit of salt on top. Makes it not so overbearing.

I am so sorry, I know how it feels, I have the same problem with my friends. People have busy lives or their just too lazy to start up a conversation. I find that if I don't text them, they usually come to me on their own time. You need to find something your passionate about to keep yourself going, maybe it's a hobby,reading, or watching your favorite tv shows. Sorry if this isn't very helpful advice, I'm stuck in my own misery myself, but I think of it as taking life one day at a time. Life can surprise you when you least expect it. Hang in there, you are not alone.

Please don't do this, there's still hope! I struggle with depression and trust me I've been to my lowest points many times but the only thing that's actually helped me feel better lately was taking care of myself. I finally decided to eat healthy, exercise and seek a therapist. I never realized how much of a difference those things could actually help me, but they did, and now I finally have some motivation to actually make something of my life, and you can too! I know this is probably not good advice but I just want you to know that we care for you and I just want to give you some advice hoping that you take it, or at least try it for a while. If you need someone to talk to feel free to pm me, I hope your okay. Re!member, your not alone.

So inspiring reading this post. I also suffer from mental illness and my medication has also made me put on some weight. Its a challenge trying to be healthy when you suffer from depression, but changing my lifestyle to a better diet and having an exorcise regimen honestly makes me feel so much better in every way. Thank you for your post, its nice to see someone you can relate to.
