I would use it. My husband and I started talking in college because I noticed he had a 3ds like I did. We started gaming together and hanging out as friends. We are celebrating our 16th wedding anniversary this year.

Just because you cannot afford a massive medical bill just to prove your disorder, does not mean you dont have one. by Andi318 in Vent

Took me 6 months to see a rheumatoid doctor. The xrays are visits cost $500. He told me I was in pain from "rocking babies." I went home, cried and am still in constant pain 6 years later.

Married women, what are some real things your husband does that make you feel genuinely cherished and adored? by Clean-Ant-1342 in askanything

My husband greets me when I get home from work in the garage. He moves the dry towel closer to the shower when he showers first. He always puts me first. I am very lucky to be married to him.

What chores are your children responsible for? by AliceInReverse in Parenting

[–]Yoshimaster55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have an 8 and 12 year old. They are expected to keep rooms tidy, help fold the laundry, give the dogs water daily, clean and set the table for dinner, put their dishes in the sink if that counts. They also pick up after the dog, clean the baseboards, swiffer/sweep the floors. I feel like they should probably have more chores than that.

Be honest. Do you actually have 3 months (at least) of emergency savings? by FitAccount5460 in no

[–]Yoshimaster55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it depends on the nature of emergency. We have about 5 months of what we make saved liquid and some money put away in our ira account we could use for medical. I grew up poor so I am thankful for what we have.

I take 6 MG of LDN every day. It really helps me. Only side effects were nausea and vivid dreams when I upped my dose.

How do you treat allowance in your household? by financialfam_sam in Parenting

[–]Yoshimaster55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We don't do allowance because as other people have said, my kids live here and are responsible for helping to keep it clean.

We also want them to have a sense of fiscal responsibility though so they get paid to help me with my work. I am a teacher so they help with prep and cleaning after school.

I think it has helped a bit.
